| Chungcheng Land Office was
founded on February 1, 1980. In the beginning, we used rooms
under the spectator stand of the tennis court inside the Chungcheng
Park as our temporary office. And then, we moved to the present
location on December 20, 1985. We are responsible for land administration
which includes land registration, land survey, land value assessment
etc. The jurisdiction of Chungcheng Land Office includes Beitun
District and North District of Taichung City. |
There are five sections in
Chungcheng Land Office which provide the following services
respectively:
- Land Registration Section: land and building registration
- Land Survey Section: land and building survey
- Land Valuation Section: land price adjustment
- General Affairs Section: general affairs
- Information Management Section: computer database management
and maintainence
In addition, the office also includes a personnel officer as
well as an accounting officer. |

A cadastral record inquiry service among
local land offices
Citizens may utilize the interoffice service to inquire about
land and building registration numbers, building addresses,
announced current land value, cadastral changes index. Besides,
at one site, you can apply for and obtain printouts of cadastral
copies from all land offices around Taiwan.

delivering System
